Dogs gone wild Police found two dogs without tags or microchips at 3:39 p.m. Feb. 4 in the 200 block of Mountain Park Boulevard Southwest. The two dogs were released into the custody of King County Animal Control. Driving under the influence Donnas D. Johnson, 76, of Issaquah, was arrested for driving under the influence at 6:11 p.m. Feb. 4 at the intersection of West Sunset Way and First Avenue Northwest. Both of Johnson's blood alcohol tests read .113 percent. The legal limit in the state is .08 percent. Malicious scratches A 1998 green Toyota Camry had $300 in damage from scratches, done before 8:35 p.m. Feb. 5 at Swedish in Issaquah, 2005 N.W. Sammamish Road.
