Gilman Blvd. Suite F lssaquah, WA 98027 ILl Issaquah is no longer "a place out there".., and The Heller Co., Realtors made a commitment 13 months ago that there was a need in Issaquah for a professional real estate company to serve you, the residents of Issaquah and the Pine Lake Plateau. We carefully located our new offices at the base of the Vaughn Hilt Road --the southernmost entry tothe Plateau--to afford us maximum visibility. For the past several years the plateau and Issaquah market has been partially served by Bellevue real estate offices, but with our arrival that is no longer necessary or practical. We now nave so many calls and drop in buyers that our only limitation is keeping enough homes and land listed to satisfy those buyers. When wecameto Issaquah in March 1988 we followed The Heller Company tradition by hiring experi- enced, professional Realtors, Needless to say, the reward and resulting sales have been incredible. We are at the forefront in raw land and acreage sales with the most knowledgable agents handling this most compli- cated area. As far as resale homes and new construction ... our "Street of Dreams" image has brought to our office the best realtors on the eastside. A simple call to us will put you in touch with any of our professionals. Please don't settle for anything less.
